U okviru programa Erasmus+ redovito se organiziraju treninzi, radionice, konferencije, studijski posjeti i druge aktivnosti uživo i online, poznate kao Aktivnosti suradnje i osposobljavanja (Training and Cooperation Activities – TCA). Cilj aktivnosti je pružiti podršku korisnicima u pripremi i provedbi projekata, unaprijediti kvalitetu provedbe programa te potaknuti razmjenu znanja i iskustava.
